(3) The Provider enables generating electronic inquiries (email) through inquiry forms on the Website. The User must fill in the fields indicated by the Provider and select the Send button. When using this service, Users should be aware, and by accepting these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be informed, that the use of this service does not automatically result in the conclusion of a contract between the respective User and the Provider, i.e., sending an email inquiry does not create an obligation for the Provider to deliver a specific service and does not place the Provider and the User in contractual (obligational) relations. It shall be deemed that a User who has sent an email inquiry to the Provider has concluded a contract with the Provider for the performance of the relevant service only after receiving confirmation to that effect from the Provider.
The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the timeframe in which a response will be provided.
(4) The Provider enables generating electronic inquiries via the User’s email client through functional links on the Website. To do so, the User must select a specific functional link on the Website (a place where the Provider’s email address is written and can be clicked), and the device used must open a new message window in the email client installed on the device.
The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the timeframe in which a response will be provided.
(5) The Provider enables the User to be redirected (linking) to the Provider’s business profiles on social networks, as well as profiles and websites of its partners, clients, and others. This is provided for Users’ convenience, and the Provider is not responsible for the content of the profiles and websites to which redirection is available and which are not owned and/or operated by the Provider. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to the profiles and websites to which redirection is available, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
(6) The Provider enables the use of a dynamic Google map integrated into the Website. Use of this service is subject to the applicable Google Maps and Google Earth Terms of Use available at https://www.google.com/intl/bg_bg/help/terms_maps.html .
(7) The Provider enables changing the language of the website content by selecting functional buttons/icons indicating the respective languages at the top of the Website.
The Provider does not guarantee the availability of a translation for every piece of content on the Website. If, when changing the language, the page currently viewed by the User is not available in the selected language, the User will be redirected to the homepage of the Website for the selected language.

V. Intellectual Property Rights

Art. 8. (1) All information published on the Website, including but not limited to texts, photos, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of the Provider or is used by the Provider on a lawful basis and, as such, is protected by the applicable legislation on intellectual property protection, including but not limited to copyright and related rights protection.
(2) The Provider reserves all rights referred to in the preceding paragraph.
(3) The use of the information specified in para. 1 of this article, including but not limited to copying, alteration, reproduction, without the consent and permission of the Provider or the respective holder of the intellectual property rights, except in cases explicitly provided by law, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of the Provider’s intellectual property rights or those of the respective holder, if different from the Provider.
Art. 9. The Website may contain names and marks of products, services, or persons that constitute or may constitute trademarks owned by the Provider or by third parties. Access to the Website, as well as nothing in these Terms and Conditions or the remaining content of the Website, should be understood and/or interpreted as granting a license or right to use any such trademark without the prior written consent of the Provider or the respective third party that owns the intellectual property object.

VI. Other Terms

Art. 10. (1) The information and materials available on the Website (including but not limited to articles, images, messages, and others) are informational, general, and abstract in nature and do not constitute, nor should they be accepted or interpreted as, advice, guidance, and/or consultation provided by the Provider to any of the Users of the Website.
(2) The Provider is not liable for the accuracy, reliability, veracity, and/or timeliness of the information and materials available on and/or through the Website for any reason, nor for their applicability to a specific factual situation.
(3) The Provider bears no pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary liability for the content of the Website, nor is it liable for damages suffered by any User and/or third party in connection with the use of the Website and/or the information and materials available on it, including their application to a specific situation (for example: the User taking specific actions based on information posted on the Website).
Art. 11. Any potential invalidity of any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not lead to invalidity of the entire agreement.
